Oui ! Le produit est fabriqué à partir de matériaux souples et élastiques conçus pour s’adapter confortablement à une grande variété de morphologies et de tailles. Pas de guide des tailles compliqué — juste un ajustement confortable et sûr.
Le produit offre des options froides et chaudes, vous donnant la flexibilité de choisir l'expérience de votre choix. Vérifiez toujours les instructions de votre produit spécifique avant de chauffer ou de congeler.
Pour une utilisation à froid, placez votre produit THERMAX® au congélateur pendant au moins 1 à 2 heures avant utilisation. Le produit peut être conservé au congélateur en tout temps.
Pour une utilisation à chaud, faites chauffer le produit au micro-ondes pendant environ 45 secondes, puis par intervalles de 20 secondes si nécessaire. Suivez toujours les instructions spécifiques du produit.
Les produits THERMAX® restent généralement très froids pendant environ 10 minutes avant de se réchauffer progressivement jusqu’à atteindre la température ambiante. Lorsqu’ils sont chauffés, ils procurent une chaleur qui diminue progressivement au fil du temps. La durée peut varier selon le produit et les conditions.
Nous recommandons des séances d’environ 10 à 15 minutes pour une expérience chaude ou froide agréable. N’utilisez jamais le produit en continu pendant plus de 30 minutes et retirez-le plus tôt s’il est trop chaud, trop froid ou inconfortable.

I bought a Thermax hat some years ago and was very happy with the quality. Recently i purchase a similar hat that looked exactly like the Thermax. I was very disappointed with the quality, itchy fabric, way slimmer so not keeping the cold temperature long enough. I recommend to go for the original and not a replica. Maybe a bit more expensive but the quality is definitely guaranteed...
I was pleasantly surprised at how good this felt. I have not had a full blown migraine, thankfully since I bought it so the true test is pending. Overall so far I am happy with this product. Blue color and fabric is SO NICE!

This is so good. It has the perfect amount of compression and cold for my debilitating migraines. This stays cold long enough. If I need to I can stick an ice pack under the sleeve and it stays in place. GO THERMAX!
I’ve suffered from migraines for over 20 years and often use ice packs to help, but they don’t stay in place and I have to move it around to hit all the areas that need it. This gives perfect compression, it is soft and hits all the headache spots, also stays where I need it when I toss and turn.

I purchased 3 of these based on the reviews. I did purchase a Migra Cap. 5 years ago .And I have to admit the Thermax Hat is no where as good as the Migra Cap..
No regrets in buying this. My wife gets pretty bad headaches and migraines, I bought two for Christmas but gave them to her early because she had a bad headache. She absolutely loves it.
I tried this out , it’s so weird the feeling it gives, but it does help make pain go away. It is very relaxing.
It got cold fast and stayed cold for awhile it felt heavy at first but got used to it and it actually helped with migraine pressure I like to use this instead of keep reaching for drugs
Took a chance on this item. Was very pleased by how effective it was against my chronic headaches. This is a good one. Although it freezes my brain, it looses its "coldness" too quickly. Still worth every penny.
After many years of suffering from migraines, I've used ice packs that slipped off my head or didn't cover the affected areas very well. I love that I can be hands free and relax in bed wearing the thermax hat, or go back to sleep. I can also wear it while working from home and still get pain relief. I wish I had something like this years ago!
I am in love with this item!! My sister has one. I used it once and bought one the same day. It is so comfortable and can be worn in bed or around the house. Love love this. I will most likely keep mine in the fridge though. It gets pretty cold in the freezer.

Provides cool compression to alleviate migraine pain. Not sure how it provides the cooling, but I can attest to the fact that it does! I do not put it in the fridge or freezer, just keep it in my bathroom cupboard. It feels cool, blocks out all light, and provides compression pressure.
I didn't think it would. It is cold!! It was more comfortable than I thought it would be.
After opening the package, I placed in in the freezer. Later that day, I felt the migraine coming on. Got the cap out of the freezer, put it on and laid down to rest. Within an hour the headache was all but gone. Cooling to the head all around, the black color keeping out the light and the light feel to the skin, not heavy like a cloth rag, helped with the headache going away. Not sure if it will work with every headache, but I can try. Thanks
My wife suffers from migraines. I've purchased over a dozen hot/cold head wraps & compresses. This is the first one she says actually works well & stays in place when she moves. One thing to note is after she pulls it out of the freezer & puts it on her head the cold only lasts about 30min.
Best thing we have bought, for headache relief! Bought for my husband who has chronic headaches. Now the whole family fights over who wears it! Loved it so much, bought our MIL and Aunt one as well! Finally a migraine hat that is comfortable and works. The soft gel material makes it comfortable to sleep in and the tightness of the compression helps with the throbbing pain. It doesn't stay cold for a long period of time like ice but the compression feels so good, I didn't mind.
This has been a lifesaver for me a few times. My only issue is that it is COLD and I wonder if keeping it in the fridge instead of the freezer is the best way to go. It's so comfortable and really ices all of the right spots during a migraine.
I received this from my sister, but love it so much I bought two one for each of my daughters. I have suffered migraines for over 40 years and this product is a game changer. I take my meds and put this on and 95% of the time my migraine is gone in 20 minutes.
I like that this is not too tight and fits smoothly over my head. I was hopeful after reviewing other feedback that this would be how it fit. I can't imagine having something too snug on my head during a powerful headache. Most of my headaches are tension or sinus related, although I do have some that seem to come on more strongly and cause some nausea and other migraine-type symptoms. My only desire would be to have it stay cold longer. I am now planning to buy a second one to have in the freezer and pull out to wear when the first one is no longer cold.
This is literally the best money I’ve ever spent. I frequently get migraines and have tried everything from daith piercings to medication which work to a point but this just helps an incredible amount. I’m actually considering never taking it off. Buy it. You won’t regret it.
I suffer from cluster headaches and migraines. I usually wake up in the middle of the night with a headache starting so now I go to my freezer take out the Thermax hat and go back to bed. It works so well I purchased 2 for my daughter who suffers from headaches also. It is better to get 2 because once the first one gets to room temperature you can put it back in the freezer and take out the second one. Using 2 usually does the trick for me.
