HOW TO USE OUR STRETCHER?
Step 1: Set Up and Begin
To assemble the back stretcher follow these steps: Kneel on the ground and wedge the back end of the back stretcher against your knees.
Hold both ends of the back stretcher, then lift it up firmly and place it in the arch level that you desire. Place the back stretcher behind you in the area that you want to stretch. You can place it in your lower back, mid-back, or upper-back. Check the users guide for notes on how to assemble the back stretcher properly.
Step 2: Stretching Arms, Back and Leg
After the back stretcher is placed in the appropriate position, lay your back down on it and slowly exhale while slightly contracting your core.
Ensure that your legs are straight and your arms are straight over your head (try to touch the ground with both hands for a deeper stretch).
We suggest starting with the lowest level first and see if that provides a sufficient stretch. If not, change to the bigger arch level and see if that feels better.
Step 3: Stretch to the Maximum
Experiment placing it in different positions and define which area provides the best relief or deepest stretch.
Remain in this position while calmly breathing for a a few minutes at a time, and try to get a cumulative total of 5-10 minutes a day in this stretched position. Use whenever you feel tightness in your back region to optimize benefits of the back stretcher.
