- Start in a high plank position
- Lower into a Push-Up while bringing your right knee to your right elbow
- Push up to return to a high plank and move your leg back to the starting position
- Repeat on your left side and continue in alternating fashion
- Begin on your hands and knees
- Place your hands under your shoulders and your knees under your hips
- Lift one leg until the bottom of the foot is parallel with the ceiling
- Return the leg back and repeat with other leg.
- Begin on your elbows and one knee
- Lift until the leg is aligned with your back
- Return the leg back down without touching the floor
- Repeat and alternate with your other leg
- Lie flat on your back with for legs straight
- Lift both legs up in the air about 45 degrees
- Keeping your core stable and legs straight
- Repeat in alternating fashion

Beginner Level: You exercise very rarely.
Intermediate Level: You exercise a physical activity every week at least.
Advanced Level: You have a trained body. You exercise regularly at the gym.
The lenght of the elastics bands are designed to fit most people. The bands are not adjustable. However, there are 2 ways to attach the belt on your feet (above or under foot). This allows to adjust the strength applied in the belt while performing exercises.
